Window Book, Inc. and TrackMyMail.com have announced that the two companies are working together to provide a complete solution for mailers who wish to provide PLANET code tracking services to their customers. PLANET codes are used by the U.S. Postal Services Confirm Program to track mail from the entry facility to the delivery post office.

· Cambridge, MA & Gaithersburg, MD - April 9, 2002: Window Book, Inc. and TrackMyMail.com have announced that the two companies are working together to provide a complete solution for mailers who wish to provide PLANET code tracking services to their customers. PLANET codes are used by the U.S. Postal Services Confirm Program to track mail from the entry facility to the delivery post office.

· According to Window Books Postal Product Manager, Lloyd Moss, Window Books DAT-MAIL and Post Master software programs can assign Confirm ASN Mailing IDs for each mailing and print the barcoded 8125 and 3152 forms required by the USPS Confirm ASN program. DAT-MAIL or Post Master then uploads the mailing information to TrackMyMail.com, who then transfers the information to the US Postal Service."

· TrackMyMail.com then downloads the PLANET code" tracking information from the USPS and provides a variety of reports and data downloads. Each mailers customers can access this data from a web page bearing the mailers name. TrackMyMail.com users do not need to obtain their own subscriber IDs nor go though an application and approval process.

· The USPS Confirm ASN Program provides tracking data on First Class and Standard mailings so that mail owners" can spot transportation or mail processing problems and predict when the mail will be delivered. This information can be invaluable in optimizing the impact of each mailing by allowing mail owners to coordinate telemarketing follow up, schedule call center staffing and coordinate many other marketing and operational issues that are dependant on mail delivery.
