The enhancement of its messaging software strengthens GLWebMail XTs position in the market, says Gordano President Brian Dorricott, confirming it as a logical alternative to other messaging products." It is expected the large majority of Gordanos 54 million users will implement this newest version.

The many user configurable options within GLWebMail XT include 12 international language settings, as well as the new personal calendars and alarms, which allow users to choose up to two alarms for each event and have either pop-up windows or e-mail messages sent to remind them of appointments.

GLWebMail XTs individual anti-spam filters and its unique patent-pending confirmation process stops unwanted email and reduces the risk of accidental deletion of legitimate messages. Gordanos anti-spam features are a breakthrough for modern messaging," says Dorricott, because for the first time, individual users are empowered to eliminate unsolicited mail from their inbox."

GLWebMail XT provides email confirmation for Gordanos GLWebMail and can also protect inboxes accessed using standard POP3 & IMAP4 mail clients such as Microsofts Outlook, Qualcomms Eudora, Pegasus and many others.

All message processing within GLWebMail XT remains active whether or not the user is logged on. When used as a consolidator, GLWebMail XT can collect mail from external POP/IMAP accounts. Thus, unwanted mail sent to those accounts can also be removed before reaching the users inbox.
