Derry, NH---May 21, 2002---Estate Tracking Services, LLC is a web based service that
started operations early this year, offering a convenient and affordable method to help collect and store important financial information while maintaining confidentiality.

There is too much unclaimed money that either beneficiaries or estates are not aware of.

Our goal is to help people collect important financial information in a central location that can be accessed by an assigned individual. This not only helps to insure the Estate receives all that it is entitled to, it also provides a measure of confidentiality for their records.

If for some reason, the individual does not want the family to know how much insurance coverage they have, this is a mechanism that can track the knowledge that a policy exists. Not the amount or beneficiary.

Most people do not have all their records in one place should something happen to them. For example, what insurance policies are in effect, how to locate them, safe deposit box, key etc.

Although some people have a will; and a percentage will keep it on file with an attorney, most will keep it in the house...somewhere.

We provide an easy step-by-step approach to consolidate any information people may have concerning their estate. Once consolidated, we offer a secure, redundant archiving of their information. A periodic tickler (4-6 months) to a specified contact person asking if there are any changes, etc. would be provided as part of the service. Once properly requested, a copy of all info would be mailed (not electronically) to the appropriate people.

The information needs only to be enough to be able to contact the proper people. As an example, if its a life insurance policy: Prudential, an 800 # and maybe an agents name. There is no need to know how much, or even the policy # if someone didnt want to provide this information.

We store this information in a hard copy (paper) format for security reasons. It is kept in two physically separate locations in fireproof boxes. There will be no transmission of this data through the Internet.
