CATERERS JOIN TOGETHER FOR CHARITY EVENT BENEFITING MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION

To help raise awareness of Make-A-Wish Foundation, www.make-a-wish.com, Metropolitan Detroit area caterers will host their first annual Caterers for Kids gala at the Royal Oak Theatre on Saturday June 8, 2002 with proceeds benefiting the foundation.

The purpose of the Make-A-Wish Foundation is to grant the special wishes of children who have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness. Since its founding, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has fulfilled its mission thanks to the millions of individuals, organizations, and corporations that have supported the organization by volunteering, donating, sharing the Make-A-Wish message, and participating in the wish experience.
Caterers for Kids will host the upcoming fundraising event with the evening cuisine donated by area caterers and restaurants including: Andiamo Osteria, Toms Oyster Bar, Zumba Mexican Grille, Silver Spoon Catering, Epoch Events, Captain Wishbone Catering, Zoup, Edibles Rex, Comos, Justin & Jordyans Chophouse, Union Street, Club Venetian and Tony Marchiori Catering. Floral decorations are being donated by The Flower Company and printing services are provided by P.D.Q. Printing. Entertainment will feature the well-recognized sounds of the Simone Vitale Band.
