ZIP-TECH COMMUNICATIONS WINS AWARD

Zip-Tech Communications, innovative newcomers to the converged telecoms market, have been presented with the South West Hampshire 'Small Business Achievement Award 2001/2002 in recognition of their Application of Technology and Entrepreneurial spirit.

The award was presented by British Olympian Derek Redmond at a ceremony held in Eastleigh hosted by IBP Training and Employment and Eastleigh Borough Council. Local business leaders and members of the Borough Council attended the Event, at which eight awards were presented for personal development and entrepreneurial achievement.

Speaking about the award afterwards, Sales Director Simon Mallindine said, Our focus is not just to sell a product. Our focus is to provide our customers with dynamic solutions that lead them to where they want to be in the marketplace and we feel the award recognises this. We are all really pleased."
