The company is founded and owned by Daryl Chapman and Tim Vliet of Charlotte, NC. With over 25 years experience in the insurance industry, the owners fully understand the importance of providing high quality, effective, long term benefits to companies and individuals.

Daryl has held a myriad of positions during his 12 year career in the financial services industry.

He held P&L responsibility for a 500 person, four site administrative unit for Marsh Inc, that provided health care administration for a 140,000 person employer owned HMO, a 350,000 person employer owned PPO and over 250,000 members of small -- mid-sized companies nationwide.

Daryl was the architect and lead business developer for a 60,000 person retiree health care practice. A recognized expert in the field he is a published author and sought after speaker.

In addition to the management positions noted above, Daryl has worked as an account executive, salesperson and consultant supporting gamut of consumers from individuals in large associations, small employer groups and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining the industry, Daryl spent 13 years as an intelligence officer on active duty in the Navy. He served in positions worldwide and currently holds the rank of Commander in the inactive reserve.

Daryl holds Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC), Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) and Register Health Underwriter (RHU) designations. He also has a Masters Degree in Management (MSM)

Daryl and his wife Su just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary with their daughter Amanda.

Tim began his insurance career as an agent/broker marketing all lines of insurance coverage's to individuals and business's. During those 4 years, he spent 2 1/2 of them serving as the Vice President of Employee Benefits for an agency in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.

Tim then joined The Hartford Insurance Company, enjoying a 10 year career that included serving as Regional Sales Manager in Hartford's Employee Benefits Division throughout the mid-Atlantic and southeast during this period. While with The Hartford, Tim received several national awards including "Producer of the Year" twice, and "Most Consistent Producer."

Traditional employee benefit programs are Tim's specialty, with a focus on Retiree Medical funding and plan alternatives for employer groups.
