Grandville, MI - A new business assessment tool, named BP2005.com is now available online. Developed by Business Planner 2005.com, Inc., the service became fully operational earlier this month. This is the company's initial market introduction of an innovative business assessment tool that provides small and medium-sized firms with the ability to conduct their own self-evaluation. BP2005.com promises to revolutionize the way businesses do strategic planning by offering online, self-service.
Typically, the first step of any strategic planning effort is to diagnose the business's current situation before prescribing corrective action or performance improvements. This may involve multiple consultants working with business owners or managers over several weeks. It is a service typically not pursued by most small businesses, as it can cost thousands of dollars just to establish a baseline.
BP2005 performs a broader business diagnosis more quickly and economically, plus it recommends a course of corrective actions. A business owner or manager can complete the web-based assessment in as little as two hours.
The BP2005 online service costs a modest $795 per assessment. The program compares the user's information, against a large database of ideal conditions and industry best practices in fourteen critical business areas. The immediate result is four comprehensive reports that summarize and chart the current business conditions, detail where improvements are needed, prioritize recommeded action based on greatest, and schedule the steps of an action plan.
BP2005 (www.BP2005.com) was developed in conjunction with sister company Result Global Ltd., also of Grandville. RGL contributed more than 17 years experience as "business performance improvement strategists" to the development of BP2005. The program reflects knowledge gained from servicing over 500 clients in a wide variety of businesses.
