GreyStone Power Selects Kaplan Communications for New Website

GreyStone Power announced the unveiling of its new website which relies on SiteEditor, a content management tool developed by Kaplan Communications.

Atlanta, GA - GreyStone Power announced the unveiling of its new website which relies on SiteEditor, a content management tool developed by Kaplan Communications. Since GreyStone Powers several divisions each needed to manage its own portion of the web site, GreyStone selected Kaplans SiteEditor which allows GreyStone employees to maintain the web site through an easy-to-use web based tool.

GreyStone selected Kaplans solution for several reasons. KC SiteEditor features WYSIWYG editing and allows images, hyperlinks, and text to be easily updated. The tool allows GreyStone to create libraries of images and documents, such as PDF files, that can be made available on the web site. Changes can be made using a standard browser without specialized knowledge of HTML or other languages, eliminating outsourcing for the majority of revisions. KC SiteEditor implements managed approval. Several employees can suggest changes, but final approval rests with a designated person or persons. No pages may be published without this final approval.
