I Have my Truth, You Have Yours, ... and GOD also Has His! Where is Gods truth? Everywhere, except inside the minds of human beings.

In the book The Logos: the Truth ... According to God" the author (Alfonso Fernandez) claims that the Creator of the Universe is the Truth and that God is everywhere, consequently Truth is also everywhere. But human beings have a tendency to reject any valid truth or reason that makes us uncomfortable, ... in exchange for our own version of the truth.

Since the Creator God is the first and supreme truth and also has a standpoint, we equally reject any of the truths or reasons from God that do not please us or we reject God himself. Evidence of this statement is the immense number of contrasting religions, denominations, and cults.

The consequences of this behavior are many. From excuses and lies everywhere to the use of addictive substances by those who are escaping the truth of their circumstances. Behind a lie there is often an injustice or crime being hidden. What about crazy people? The main symptom of most mental illnesses is a fantasy or an illusion. Lies, lies ... and more lies.

We are so good at rejecting any uncomfortable truth that there is not even a good philosophical definition for the word truth" in existence, neither any concept for absolute truth, as far as I know. In the book The Logos: the Truth ... According to God" a great definition for the word truth is suggested and probably the first definition for absolute truth ever attempted. As a matter of fact, the first chapter clearly defines what truth is because the content of the rest of the book is validated with the truth as an information-validating tool.

The idea is to challenge the readers frame of reference and belief system through a different set of perspectives and objective views about subjects that are part of many societies cultures. But the main purpose of the book is to help the reader reestablish and maintain a better relationship with the Creator.

The information of the book can help its readers better understand human nature, Gods mind and perspective, and what exactly truth and absolute truth are. More realistic information should also translate into better decision-making, attitude, and behavior from us. The best way to modify behavior is through a change in attitude. And attitudes change by persuasion, which is the result of convincing information. The goal is to change attitudes about God in order to attain a better relationship with our Creator.
