Boy Scouts of America, headquartered in Irving, Texas, has selected BHIF Group, a national real estate and relocation services provider located in New Hampshire, to offer complete relocation services directly to the local councils of Boy Scouts of America.
The National Council of Boy Scouts of America has a relocation service contract for its national executive staff through another relocation management company. The arrangement with BHIF Group applies only to professional employees in local councils who are in need of relocation services. If they so choose, Scouting professionals will purchase the BHIF Relocation TRIP® Kit directly, at their own expense.
The kit coordinates all aspects of a relocation: home selling, moving, home buying, financing, and all other ancillary services. Coordination includes 24/7 personal file access and management by the employee. In addition, a personal relocation counselor will be assigned to work with each transferee. BHIF combines the benefits of continuous Internet data monitoring with personal counselor service.
The Relocation TRIP® Kit price more than pays for itself through service credits from participating service providers. BHIFs exclusive Relocation TRIP® Kit will ease the stress and frustration of a relocation so that Scouting professionals can better focus on their work.
The Relocation TRIP® Kit uses BHIF Groups File Activity Tracking Format system. This enables professional employees, who do not receive all-expenses-paid moves and relocation services, to enjoy the same level of service as provided in a fully reimbursed company employee move. (www.fatform.net)
Richard Christian, Boy Scouts of Americas associate director of Employee Relations, Human Resources Division, National Council, was instrumental in implementing this program. He says about the service, I believe the relocation services offered by BHIF can be a tremendous asset to local council Scouting professionals."
