ONTV, Inc. Announces New Facilities and Equipment

Announcement of new equipment and facilities.

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 28, 2002--Mr. Daniel Fasano, Chairman and CEO of ONTV, Inc. (NASDAQBB:ONTV) today announced that the company had entered into an agreement to lease twenty thousand square feet of office and warehouse space with options for an additional sixteen thousand in Rochester, New York.

The company is leasing facilities in the Rochester Technology Center, the former Eastman Kodak Elmgrove facility.

Mr. Fasano said, "This is a major step for our company. We will be expanding our warehousing and office facilities, we now have the ability at this new facility to expand to Seventy thousand square feet if needed. This should be adequate to meet our anticipated growth through our current web based retail operations. It should also provide sufficient space for our anticipated growth in other areas."

The company anticipates being fully operational in its new facilities by its fiscal year end, June 30th.

In addition to the new facilities, the company also announced that it had moved its customer service operations in house. This was accomplished according to Fasano by the installation and implementation of new computer based call center hardware and software. The new equipment will allow the company to move toward implementation of a full voice recognition customer service system in the near future. The company anticipates eventual implementation of an IVR system that will eventually provide virtually no hold time for customers.

The company, which operates Internet websites including www.AsSeenOnTV.com as well as www.seenontv.com recently reported a 141% increase in quarter to quarter revenues and a 121% increase in revenues on a nine month to nine month comparison basis ending March 31, 2001.
