General Defense Names Frank Fawcett President and CEO

[OTC: GNDF] today announced that its Board has appointed Frank Fawcett president and chief executive officer (CEO) as of June 1, 2002. Fawcett will replace General Defense Systems (GDS) Founder and former President David L. Frank, who will retain the title and responsibilities of chief technology officer (CTO).
