FOX INTRODUCES WORLDS FIRST 300 MHz PROGRAMMABLE OSCILLATOR

Fort Myers, FL, May 2002 -- Fox Electronics has introduced the industrys first and only 300 MHz programmable oscillator. The newest expansion to Fox's extensive JITO®-2 (Just-In-Time®) line of programmable oscillators features lower jitter than that achieved using on-board frequency multiplication, since the higher reference frequency eliminates the need to multiply the frequency to achieve the needed rate.

In addition to the popular compact 5 x 7.5 mm ceramic package, the 300 MHz programmable JITO-2 oscillators are offered in all-metal 8- and 14-pin DIP and plastic surface mount packages. Frequency stabilities for the new oscillator are +100, +50 or +25 ppm over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and +20 ppm over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C.
