COMMODITY SOURCING GROUP announces alliance with Paperworks, Inc.

DETROIT-May 29, 2002-COMMODITY SOURCING GROUP, the Detroit based commodity sourcing, procurement and logistics specialist, and Paperworks, Inc. (PWI), a paper merchant and a subsidiary of Diversified Chemical Technologies, Inc., announced today the development of a 'synergistic partnership and the formation of a strategic alliance.

The two-phased Plan will include providing products, services, order placement/receipt, customer service, delivery/shipping, billing, systems support, receivables/payables, and management reporting on mutually targeted accounts," said Cheryl Kern, Business Unit Manager for PWI.

Phase One will be local in nature, focused to headquartered companies in Detroits Tri-County area, and Phase Two will expand and evolve to service national customers.
