Los Angeles, CA - "... i ..." is a unique and interactive monthly event produced by Worldnightclubs.com (WNC). Taking place Monday nights, this event differentiates itself from any other in that it incorporates varying aspects of the entertainment world to create an unforgettable night for all who attend. "... i ..." is not a nightclub, it is not a concert, it is not a movie, it is not a show...it is all of those; a work of art with the added mystique and potency of the Internet to expand its reach and accessibility.

To make an event such as "...i..." a success, we realize that the focus has to be on that which makes any event a success but which almost always is overlooked - the people. In any event the people have always been the determining factor in success or failure. And although this has always been true, rarely has it been apparent. With "...i..." we change this. There are thee separate components that comprise "...i..." - Sponsorships, Nightclub & Internet. Each of these components are designed with the event attendee, the club-goer, the web surfer, the people, as its core focus thereby solidifying the chance of a highly successful and entertaining production.

Sponsors play the most visible part of the night. Each sponsor provides cash, product, and/or a service which is used to enhance the event, used for door prizes and giveaways and/or used to produce the following sequences of "...i...". They receive the major focus during the first half of "...i..." and get the opportunity to market their products or services as well as interact with the nights attendees which are the consumers that ultimately purchase or use their products or services. Finally, so as to keep the event fresh and attractive, individual sponsors are rotated every month. Please refer to the "SPONSORSHIP" portion of this press release below for confirmed sponsors and sponsorship availabilities.

The nightclub portion of the production follows the sponsored portion. During the nightclub, drink specials are announced throughout the night and the Theme of the night ensures that each instance of "...i..." is different from the next. The other major distinguishing factor of the nightclub portion is the lack of in-house DJs and music. All the music played during the night is streamed from the Internet from varying dance music online radio stations from different parts of the world. And with our strategic alliance with San Francisco online station DanceRadio (http://www.danceradio.net) the height of the night is sure to be climactic.

The third distinguishing aspect of "...i..." is its interactive component. Being that WNC is an online entity, we would be remiss to leave our medium of choice from such a provocative production. Thus, much of the physicality of "...i..." will affect and be affected by the worldnightclubs website. As an example, through Worldnightclubs.com, attendees are able to determine:

   - which Monday the event takes place on
   - where the music is heard from
   - the event theme
   - the sponsors
   - and more

Again, the major focus of "...i..." is the people. The goal, therefore, of this component of the event is to let the people decide what they want to experience and how they want to experience it. Surveys, polls, questionnaires will litter the site keeping us in touch with the people and ensuring that we produce an event that is attended by and enjoyed by all.

"...i..." is the first of its kind. A hybrid of entertainment ideas, and productions, with no comparison to match up to. Not before has there been such an endeavor; not before has there been an open path to such a unique opportunity; not before has there been one to take on such a challenge. WNC has created this challenge and WNC is meeting it. Be part of it.


:i: SPONSORSHIPS :i:

Below is the tentative list of confirmed sponsors or sponsorship availabilities for the grand opening of "...i..." along with the type of sponsorship and contribution the sponsor will be making. For their attendance and contribution, each sponsor will be given a minimum of a booth to promote their company, service and/or product.

1. Alcohol
   beer: Will provide complementary or highly discounted drinks during the reception part of the event. Promo Girls may also be present to aid in the promotion.

   liquor: Will provide complementary or highly discounted drinks during the reception part of the event. Promo Girls may also be present to aid in the promotion.

   other: Will provide complementary or highly discounted drinks during the reception part of the event. Promo Girls may also be present to aid in the promotion.

2. Energy Drink: Will provide complementary or highly discounted beverages during the reception part of the event. Promo Girls may also be present to aid in the promotion.

3. Other Drink: Will provide complementary or highly discounted beverages during the reception part of the event. Promo Girls may also be present to aid in the promotion.

4. Fashion: Will provide fashions for a 30-minute show. The designer will work closely with the Model sponsor to put on the show.

5. Models: Will provide at least 5 models for the fashion show.

6. Magazine: Will provide 50 or more copies of the magazine to distribute freely among the guests as well as do a write up on the event on their next issue.

7. Printer: Will print minimum 5,000 fliers based on the design provided by WNC.

8. Promoters: Will obtain minimum 5,000 fliers for the event from WNC and distribute them.

9. Food: Will provide appetizers of their choice during the reception part of the event for 200 attendees.

10. Limo Service: Will provide a 15-person limo for the night.

11. Record Store: Will provide 10 CD giveaways for the night.

12. Publicist: Will aid in promotion of the event.
