The 67-room boutique full service hotel is located at 5450 China Garden Road, nestled at the base of the Sierra Foothills just off Interstate 80 in Rocklin, CA. Robert Eaton of Colliers International Hotel Realty represented the seller; Presidio used in-house representation. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
