LIVECAPITAL TAPS LEN BERG TO LEAD SALES AND MARKETING

Mr. Berg represents a key addition to LiveCapitals management team, bringing extensive sales and management experience with enterprise software companies. Prior to joining LiveCapital, Len was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales of Silicon Energy , a leading provider of energy management software solutions. Under his leadership, Silicon Energy steadily grew from start up phase to dominant enterprise software provider in the sector within three years. He had similar success as Vice President and General Manager -- Sales for Indus International, developing and managing the fastest growing and most profitable operation in the company. Prior to these roles, Len was the Senior Vice President Business Development (Marketing & Sales) for Management Analysis Company and General Manager of Sales for a division of Systems & Computer Technology Corporation.
