ROLLTECH, INC. (OTC BB: RLTE.OB)AND ITS SUBSIDIARY, GOLDEN CAVIAR CORP., HAS SUBSTANTIAL FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS.

Golden Cavair Corp. received a notice of termination of the technology license agreement. The Company is subject of at least one lawsuit in Washington State.

     On May 22, 2002, the directors of Golden Caviar Corp., Mr. Taly Keren and Dr. Michael Scheglov, without any notice to the President of Golden Caviar Corp., terminated the employment of several key-individuals employed by the company. One lawsuit has already been filed against Golden Caviar Corp., (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rolltech, Inc.) in King County Superior Court, State of Washington. The employees which had been abruptly terminated indicated that they would be filing another lawsuit against Golden Caviar Corp., and possibly against Rolltech, Inc., and the Board of Directors. There are rumors circlulating that Rolltech, Inc. will be a subject of another lawsuit by one of its creditors.

     The President of Golden Cavair Corp., Dr. Vyacheslav V. Sova, has been suspended and/or reassigned to other duties. Rolltech, Inc. and Golden Cavair Corp. have received notice of termination of licensing agreement from Dr. Vyacheslav V. Sova due to the companies' failure to raised sufficient funds, and the termination of key employees. It appears that Rolltech, Inc. will be unable to commence their much announced operation in Alaska and British Columbia this year. POTENTIAL INVESTORS BE AWARE.
