RhythmNetworks launches its first financing round prior to IPO filings and nominates 2 new members to its board of directors.

Rhythm Networks Corp., the developer of new generation wireless multimedia broadcasting tools for the mobile-Internet announce today that it has confirmed the nomination of two new members to its Board of Directors. The company notes that it will launch its first round of financing next week prior to the filing of its IPO documents with the NASD, SEC, CVMQ, and OSC authorities.

Dr. Herbert L. Becker took on the position of Chief Technological Officer (CTO) last week and is now confirmed as a director of the company. A block of preferred shares, representing 20% of the shares of RhythmNetworks, was transferred to him as part of an agreement with Entervision Inc. Herbert L. Becker is the CEO of Entervision Inc., a Los Angeles- based multimedia Internet broadcasting venture currently involved in acquisition talks with Pink Sheets Company Miracle Entertainment (OTCF: MEMI - news).

Mr. Raj Kapoor took on the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is now confirmed as a director of the company. Prior to joining RhythmNetworks, Mr. Kapoor worked for leading companies in the telecommunications, financial services, and manufacturing industries. He held a senior accounting position with ITT Group, was a senior analyst at Spectrum United Mutual Fund and also worked for Sprint where he was responsible for all accounting and analysis for the company's U.S. Operations, International Operations, and Network Operations. Mr. Kapoor holds a CMA designation.
