Kronofusions Partnership with SOHO Opens the Door for Mobile offices AccessPoint 2.0 to be distributed to small and home office users

Vancouver, BC, Canada; Berlin, Frankfurt, Germany -- June 5, 2002 - Kronofusion Technologies Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: KRO; Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges: KFT, WKN: 541868), an emerging provider of wireless and web-based remote access solutions, is pleased to announce that it has formed a partnership with SOHO Business Group (SOHO"), which has over 10,000 members, to distribute AccessPoint 2.0 and make mobile offices more effective than ever before.

Kronofusion has licensed its recently-developed AccessPoint 2.0 -- remote access software - to SOHO, which provides services to entrepreneurs and small businesses ranging from Internet hosting to marketing through a one-stop Internet site (www.soho.ca).

AccessPoint allows anyone with an Internet connection to access virtually all information stored on any of his or her computers. The software will be marketed to thousands of potential users on the SOHO site under the name SOHOAnywhere, and will be bundled with existing SOHO services such as banking, Internet hosting, seminars, office equipment purchase, and other small business services.
