Four Women Join Keystone Pacific Property Management, Inc.

Four women have joined Keystone Pacific Property Management, Inc., an Irvine-based property management firm, two as Community Association Managers, one as Business Relations Coordinator and one as Associate Community Association Manager. All four women will be based in the firms Irvine office.

Irvine, CA -- June 5, 2002 -- Four women have joined Keystone Pacific Property Management, Inc., an Irvine-based property management firm, two as Community Association Managers, one as Business Relations Coordinator and one as Associate Community Association Manager. All four women will be based in the firms Irvine office.

Joining as Community Association Managers are Katie McEvoy and Carrie Anne Fleming. McEvoy resides in Los Alamitos and received her B.A. from the University of Southern California. Fleming, a resident of Lake Forest, has eight years of property management experience and studied at Fullerton College. McEvoy and Fleming will be responsible for managing a portfolio of several communities throughout the Orange County area.

Roslyne Chen will function as Business Relations Coordinator, responsible for setting up new accounts, working with vendors and assisting with various marketing projects. Chen, a Cypress resident, obtained her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University.

As an Associate Community Association Manager, Valerie Vu will assist six association managers as well as acquire her own accounts. Vu attended Orange Coast College and currently resides in Garden Grove.
