Exultant Q Communications a Long Distance Carrier providing products and services in Northern Texas has began providing its first line of services, which are Prepaid services.

The company's spokesperson indicated that Exultant Q Communications Prepaid Phone Cards are available online as Virtual Phone Cards at www.exultant-q.com. This allows the consumer to purchase their Prepaid Phone Card online and receive their pin number within minutes. The Virtual Phone Cards allows the consumer the capability to purchase Prepaid Phone Cards from Exultant Q Communications anywhere within the United States and immediately begin using the Phone Card.

Exultant Q Communications is looking to release additional Prepaid Services by the Third Quarter of this year.

How did we start?

In February of 1996, Congress passed a landmark piece of legislation known as the Telecommunications Act of 1996. This Act fundamentally changed the telecommunications industry by mandating nationwide competition in the local telephone marketplace for the very first time. The new legislation allows businesses and individuals a broader choice in their telecommunication providers. No longer are Southwestern Bell (SBC), Verizon, Qwest or a Bell South the only choice for consumers. Consumers can now benefit by the competitive pricing and higher quality services that a vigorous marketplace can provide through Exultant Q Communications whose primary goal is to provide their customers with the highest quality service available in the industry today.

This new era, which lead to the formation of many competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs"), is very similar to the historic breakup of the Bell System in 1984, when the nation witnessed the birth of many energetic long distance companies that brought new pricing and service models to the long distance telephone marketplace. Exultant Q Communications, Inc. was born an Interexchange Carrier (IXC) but is now transforming into one of the CLECs (pronounced see-lek) that are taking advantage of the 1996 legislation.
