Documation, the UK developer of document and eProcess solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with APT, a company that sells and supports Open systems" computer solutions. APT will resell Documation Enable as an integral part of its two flagship products, STRATUM Contact Management and Membership software and STRATUM financial accounts.

Documation will provide the document management functionality required by APTs existing customer base that includes Government organisations, Health Authorities, Unions, National Institutions and many Times 1000 companies.

Integration into core line of business applications was recognised by Documation some years ago as a key feature required by the market. Over the past five years, Documation has been developing integrated solutions that feed information into and out of the ERP/Financial solution and provide instant image retrieval from them.

APT will utilise the image integration features to enable their customers to find and view vital documents instantly from the STRATUM packages
