ElderLaw.TV® Officially Launched May 1, 2002 - Delray Beach, Florida, May 1, 2002

National directory of elder law attorneys featuring streaming videos.

Baby Boomers and their parents will now have an additional Internet resource to learn about legal
issues affecting the elderly and to find qualified attorneys, as ElderLaw.TV® announces the launch of www.elderlaw.tv.

The graphically-pleasing site features fundamental information regarding elder law issues, an exclusive attorney directory, and streaming videos of nationally-recognized elder law attorneys providing a glimpse into the world of elder law issues such as Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, Estate Planning, Tax and Elder Abuse.

ElderLaw.TV® is pleased to acquire a .tv domain extension, the new face of the Internet -- the natural home for compelling, content-rich sites," said Scott Sanok, CEO of ElderLaw.TV®, a practicing elder law attorney himself. It is very exciting to join the list of visionary, savvy companies from around the globe and from a variety of industries, who embrace the .tv domain to enhance their online identities."

According to Scott, the new initiative was the result of feedback from consumers and fellow lawyers that indicated a need for a more interactive medium to educate the general population as to the existence of this relatively new practice area. Scott noted that the online population in the U.S. and Canada will
jump from 108.1 million in 2000 to 184.5 million by 20041 and seniors are leading this charge.2
Elder Law doesnt mean old" law. More than any other practice area, elder law needs to be at
the forefront of technology. With the population aging and adult children oftentimes becoming the
primary caretaker of their parents, it is becoming more and more necessary to find online
resources for assistance," says Scott.

Listings on www.elderlaw.tv are limited to no more than 3 attorneys per city (6 in the top 100
markets by population, as determined by the 2000 U.S. Census3). Scott goes on to explain, Our
philosophy is to provide attorneys an exclusive listing so that they will not be buried deep in a
directory of attorneys. By being part of a limited number of attorneys in a given geographic
location, an attorney will be assured that his or her listing will receive the exposure it deserves."

The directory is searchable by city and county. Listings then link to a detailed biography of each lawyer.

About the CEO: Scott received his law degree from Saint Thomas University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. Scott brings his experience as a practicing elder law attorney and a prior stint as a le gal m arketing consulta nt with Martindale-Hubbell® to play in directing the overall direction and operation of the company.
