RESEAL Announces New Vice President of Technology to Assist with Manufacturing of Innovative Resealable Beverage Packaging Products

June 10, 2002 Berlin -- Advanced Technology Industries, Inc. (OTCBB: AVDI) (ATI") is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Keller to the management team of its subsidiary RESEAL, Ltd. (Reseal"). Effective June 1st, Mr. Keller has been appointed to serve as Reseals Vice President of Technology, and will assist with the technical completion and marketing of Reseals proprietary packaging product, the Starcan.

Mr. Keller has more than 35 years of experience in sales and marketing. He was previously with Styner + Bienz AG, the industrial manufacturer for the Starcan. Mr. Keller has more than 30 years of management experience with Styner + Bienz, including serving as Product Manager for various different products, Sales Manager, Manager of the Tools and Production Equipment" Strategic Division, and approximately three years as Senior Vice President to the company. Mr. Keller was also head of the subsidiary Styner + Bienz Machinery, with primary responsibility for all capital goods sales worldwide.

Styner + Bienz is based in Switzerland, and is an experienced manufacturer of production tools and metal products for the beverage industry. The company will be one of Reseals production partners for its Starcan product, producing and assembling the metal lids and opening levers for the product, as well as the manufacturing equipment required for the assembly line. ATI, Reseal and Styner +Bienz are currently negotiating the terms of the cooperation contracts.
