Richard Salwen, Former V.P. of Dell, Joins InstantService Board
InstantService, a provider of cost-saving chat and email solutions, announced today that Richard Salwen, former V.P. of Dell Corporation, has joined its Board of Directors.
Seattle, WA -- June 12, 2002 -- InstantService, a provider of cost-saving chat and email solutions, announced today that Richard Salwen, former V.P. of Dell Corporation, has joined its Board of Directors.
Richard (Rick) Salwen is the former Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Dell Computer Corporation. Mr. Salwen joined Dell in 1989 while annual revenues were $250 million and retired in 2000, when revenues had reached $30 billion. Prior to Dell, Rick was General Counsel and Partner for the Perot Group in Dallas, Associate General Counsel for Electronic Data Systems Corporation, and a lawyer for the Federal Aviation Administration. Rick earned his B.A. and Law degrees at the University of Washington in Seattle.
