                                                 MMA Names Shane Deubell Project Manager

AMHERST, NY -- June 11, 2002 - Maintenance & Management Associates, an Amherst based building maintenance company, today named Shane Deubell their new project manager. Mr. Deubell will be responsible for new business development and the planning and execution of company training and quality control programs.

Maintenance & Management Associates was incorporated in 1979 by George Steigauf , a former principal of Norcon Maintenance, and a 25 year veteran of janitorial services
and window film.

Maintenance & Management Associates provides a full range of janitorial services including floor refinishing, daily office cleaning, carpet shampooing, and windows.
Window film for security and energy saving purposes is also available. MMA has been a
3M applicator / dealer since 1987.
