Foxir Communications Inc announces Geodex minerals as a new client

Foxir enters into an agreement to provide investor/media relations services to geodex

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--June 13, 2002--Foxir Communications, today announced it has agreed to provide investor and media relations services to Geodex minerals ltd. Foxir will help Geodex Minerals develop and implement a strategic communications plan that addresses multiple constituencies, including the investor relations, press and media relations.
"We chose Foxir for outstanding ability to develop strategies that span corporate marketing support, investor relations and media relations targeted at investors in public markets" said Jack Maris president of Geodex Minerals. "Foxir offers expert communications advice to our management team for a variety of issues, including investor relations and financial relations."

geodex Minerals agreed to pay Foxir Communications $2500 per month for their services over a 6 month period with an extension provision. Geodex also agreed to grant a total of 120,000 stock options over the six month period.
