FORMER DOT COMER TURNS PINK SLIP INTO GOLD

Robert Earl, was busy working long hours as a Director of Product Development for OneSoft Corporation, that was until the company closed its doors in 2000, after a cancelled IPO, and issued pink slips to close to 400 employees. It was then that Earl decided to exercise his "options" and put his name on the gold signs of Weichert, Realtors.

Ashburn, Virginia - Robert Earl, was busy working long hours as a Director of Product Development for OneSoft Corporation, that was until the company closed its doors in 2000, after a cancelled IPO, and issued pink slips to close to 400 employees.

It was then that Earl decided to exercise his "options" and put his name on the gold signs of Weichert, Realtors.

According to Earl, the change has been gratifying. "I was considering staying in the technology field, but with the downturn in the Dot Com's, I felt it was time to look elsewhere," he says. I wanted to take control of my own destiny. I also enjoy the stability associated with being affiliated with a company that did over 31.7 billion in sales last year in Weichert, Realtors."

Earl, a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microstrategy Certified Decision Support Engineer (boot camp graduate) is now using his technology expertise to market homes via his interactive website (http://www.TheEarlofRealEstate.com) and to deliver daily listing updates to buyers via email.

"By getting my Real Estate License, starting Robert USA Real Estate and affiliating with Weichert, I am now able to run my own business. No Venture Capitalist, No cancelled IPO's. I enjoy being able to work directly with buyers and sellers." Said Earl.

And work he has, Robert was the top listing agent for the Weichert Tyson's/Vienna office in February and hasn't stopped since.

"I get a great deal of satisfaction out of helping people achieve their dreams by buying or selling a home. The results are tangible when you get the chance to hand over the keys to a new home to your clients. That pink slip turns to more and more gold with each yellow "for sale" sign and "sold" sign." Said Earl.
