Vancouver, June 13, 2002---(GXM--TSX Venture) Geodex Minerals Ltd, today announced it has retained Foxir communications Inc. as its investor and media relations agency. Foxir will help Geodex minerals develop and implement a strategic communications plan that addresses multiple constituencies, including the investor relations, press and media relations.

Geodex Minerals agreed to pay Foxir communications $2500 per month for their services over a 6 month period with an extension provision. Geodex also agreed to grant a total of 120,000 stock options over the six month period.
