The intuitive design allows users to quickly benefit from the various features of the program. Information can be imported from (and exported to) other systems, allowing existing information in other formats, to be quickly added. The program also holds additional information such as Job History, Individual Attributes and Assessment information and incorporates a facility to customize screens and reports to reflect individual business practices and terminology.
A powerful search facility allows the Succession Wizard database to be filtered in many different ways to allow specific information to be retrieved and candidates rapidly identified, with reports easily configured to match user-defined criteria.
Succession Wizard can be used as a single central database stored on an individual PC, or be configured to be accessed and updated by multiple users over a network.
Succession Wizard is available in a number of different versions, depending on the number of people to be input. Prices start at $199 (USD) for the Junior level, which allows 50 entries, rising to $699 (USD) for Corporate, allowing unlimited entries. Succession Wizard Lite contains all the functionality and is free to download from www.successionwizard.com, allowing users to input a maximum of 10 entries. Succession Wizard runs under Windows 95 or above, including XP or NT.
