Dr.SAMENFINK NAMED ENDICOTT COLLEGE HOSPITALITY DEAN

Dr.Bill Samenfink appointed new Hospitality Dean of Endicott College by president Richard Wylie. Dr.Samenfink was the Director and Assistant Professor of the Swiss Center for Hotel and Reastaurant Administration in Brig, Switzerland.

Beverly,MA- President Richard E.Wylie is pleased to announce that Dr. William H. Samenfink has been named Dean of the Hospitality and Tourism Administration Division at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts. Dr. Samenfink will join the College in summer 2002

Most recently, Dr. Samenfink was the Director and Assistant Professor of the Swiss Center for Hotel and Restaurant Administration in Brig,Switzerland
for Washington State University. For ten years he has run free standing hospitality programs in Austria and Switzerland for the University.

Dr. Samenfink received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in
Hotel Restaurant Management. He then worked in the restaurant industry for 4 years before completing both his MBA and PhD at Washington State University. He serves on the Board of Directors for EuroCHRIE and is a member of numerous hospitality associations. Dr. Samenfink has published articles and has presented papers at
professional organizations and conferences.

In making the announcement, Dr.Wylie said, "We are
honored that Bill has decided to join Endicott College. He brings a great deal of international hospitality and business experience to the College, and we look forward to the new directions
and ideas he will be adding to our program."
