Pasta Fresca Now Called TRC Brands

Pasta Fresca is now called TRC Brands. The change has been made to incorporate the growing number of brands that have been acquired and created. The family of brands now includes Pasta Fresca Ravioli, Frittatine, Pane Fresco and Friuli Gelato & Sorbet.

TRC Brands is more than just a pasta company, now manufacturing along with frozen ravioli, frozen bread, frozen hors doeuvres, gelato and sorbet.

The company has been operating under the leadership of Joanne McGonagle on Main Street in New Lexington, Ohio since 1988. TRC Brands, formerly Pasta Fresca, creates and sells Italian inspired frozen food products. The current product line includes Pasta Fresca Ravioli, Frittatine, Pane Fresco and Friuli Gelato & Sorbet.

TRC Brands continues to create Pasta Fresca Ravioli with the same impeccable quality that customers have come to know and appreciate of Pasta Fresca products. The quick cook time and al dente shell compliment the unique flavor profiles. The flavor line includes Portabella with a Spinach Shell, Black Bean & Salsa with Corn in a Jalapeno Shell, Spinach & Feta, and Artichoke Sun-Dried Tomato with Fontina in a Black Pepper Shell.

Frittatine, inspired by the Italian frittata, means little frittata. It is an egg-based soufflé using fresh vegetables and cheese to enhance each flavor. Flavors include Broccoli Cheddar and Mushroom Chive. Pre-baked in a scallop shell shape, Frittatine lends itself to a wonderful presentation on a platter, next to a salad or with the main dish.

Traditionally, bread appears on Italian tables at the beginning of all meals as a symbol of sustenance and prosperity. TRC Brands is now offering traditional and innovative Italian style loaves -- Pane Fresco, fresh bread," for todays dinner tables. Flavors include Rosemary Garlic, Sun-Dried Tomato and Barbecue.
