Newport Stationers Launches Customer Focused Web Site
Irvine, CA, June 28, 2002 -- Newport Stationers recently launched a new Web site, www.newportstationers.com, which features several customer utilities designed to enhance customer service and provide a more efficient way to do business with the company.
Customers now have 24-hour access to request estimates, place orders or send files directly from the home page.
"We're not looking to replace the personalized customer service you've come to expect from our company," said Director Of Marketing, Michael Remillard. Customers can now access a Customer Portal, a Web site within the Web site, for enhanced features. From their password-protected area, customers can place orders, view proofs, request estimates and reorder documents from a customized document library. Additionally, customers will be able to enter variable data into business card, letterhead and envelope templates, proof and submit their order in minutes.
"Business cards and letterhead are such business standards. We wanted to increase our efficiencies to process those orders," said General Manager John Tackman. "This saves our customers and production staff so much time, we're able to get the jobs back in our customers' hands quickly."
