Keystone Pacific Property Management, Inc. Continues to Grow
Keystone Pacific Property Management, Inc., an Irvine-based property management firm, continues to grow with three new Community Association Managers and a new Associate Community Association Manager. All four will be based in the firms Irvine office.
Keystone Pacific Property Management, Inc., an Irvine-based property management firm, continues to grow with three new Community Association Managers and a new Associate Community Association Manager. All four will be based in the firms Irvine office.
Joining as Community Association Managers are Dan Pearce, Annie Lavin and Antonio Carvalho. Pearce, who will be responsible for managing multiple associations, is currently a resident of Los Alamitos and received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach. He has been an active volunteer for the National Ski Patrol since 1993.
Lavin resides in Laguna Niguel and graduated form San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Public Administration. She will be responsible for new development projects located in the Newport Coast area.
Carvalho, an Anaheim resident, earned his B.A. from California State University, Fullerton. He is a member of the Society for Advancement in Management (SAM) and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Heal the Bay. He will be responsible for multiple associations in South County.
Natalie Morgan, a resident of Huntington Beach, joins Keystone as an Associate Community Association Manager. Morgan graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. She is responsible for multiple associations throughout Orange County.
