DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 3, 2002--Sterling Designs, Inc., announced today that the company will adopt the Bush Administration's "Homebuyer's Bill of Rights" as well as other initiatives offered by President Bush prior to the proposals being passed through Congress.
