National Counties Online Mortgage System Goes Live

- And Receives Twenty Applications Within The First Month!

SDS Applications Ltd, the UK mortgage and lending software specialist, are happy to announce that National Counties Building Society are now using the 'Emaps system to accept mortgage applications via the Internet.

This is now the simplest and quickest way to submit an application to National Counties. It ensures availability of product choice, and has the added benefit for applicants of a 200 cashback upon completion of the loan."
'Emaps features a mortgage search facility where customers can find out how much they can borrow and which National Counties mortgage product best suits their needs. Having selected a product, customers can then enter their details on-line and will be presented with a decision in principle at the end of the application entry process.
The system features dynamic application entry; because application forms for different mortgage products require different information, the form for each product is generated independently. Applicants only see those sections of the form that are relevant to their application, extra fields are added automatically as and when they are required.
Applicants are supplied with their own unique login allowing them to track the progress of their application from start to finish. The system will also email customers to let them know exactly what is happening at each stage of the application and underwriting process.
'Emaps facilitates a rapid response to marketing initiatives; there is a direct data exchange between all elements of the mortgage process -- the Internet application service, the underwriting process and the administration system, which enables rates and other product details to be changed simultaneously across the component parts of the system.
The system also features document production using Active PDF, powerful system maintenance facilities and on-line support services.
'Emaps has been integrated with National Counties existing website and interfaces directly with their Lynx mortgage application processing system.
