IONA deploys eWare CRM across Europe as first stage of global rollout

World-leading software company, IONA Technologies, deploys eWare's CRM solution for its sales and mareketing activities in Europe as first stage of global rollout.

Dublin, 8th July 2002 -- eWare, the CRM Solutions provider, announces that IONA (NASDAQ: IONA) has successfully deployed eWare in its Sales and Marketing divisions across Europe. eWare provides a total closed loop system that provides critical business information and reports for its customer-facing staff and management.

Users can track, manage and report on prospects at all stages of the sales cycle providing IONA with greater visibility of information upon which to act and plan. Having successfully deployed eWare in the EMEA territory, IONA will now deploy throughout the rest of its global organisation in North America and Asia.
