Bali Inter-Continental Resort launches a web-based event reservation facility at EIBTM

Bali Inter-Continental Resort launches a new web-based event reservation facility at EIBTM in Geneva, May this year. This on-line reservation facility is innovatively designed for the convenience of event organisers and represents a first for Bali.

The set up of booking web pages will be done by the MICE team of Bali Inter-Continental Resort, in coordination with each event organiser. Accessible to delegates via a secure password, these pages act as a 24-hour event concierge, providing 'live' updates of the event, across time zones and geographic boundaries. Additionally, delegates can access over 700 pages of information about the resort's facilities as well as the island of Bali by hyper-linking to the Resorts unique web site at www.bali.intercontinental.com .

Using this new system, reservation accuracy is maximised and changes can be done anytime, making it a user-friendly tool for the delegates. Furthermore, the new facility assists the event organiser in saving time and energy so that he or she may concentrate on other aspects of event organising.

The event organiser will be given a report by the Bali Inter-Continental Resort MICE Department on a periodic basis to ensure he or she is kept informed of reservations received for their specific event" said Rolf Hübner, General Manager of Bali Inter-Continental Resort.
