NEW CTO TO REVOLUTIONIZE eRFPs

IRVINE, CA - July 1, 2002- ProposalTech's Chief Technical Officer Eric Busboom has set his mark to create the most comprehensive eRFP solution available to the market.

In his 7 years at Qualcomm, incorporated, Eric developed a range of software applications from low-level networking protocols to user interfaces for analyzing wireless communication system test data. Later, using the design, programing and system engineering techniques he learned as a software engineer, he moved to helping software projects improve their performance by creating processes and training in requirements management, configuration management and systems engineering.

After leaving Qualcomm, Eric began the San Diego Software Studio, a software training program that teaches engineers systems engineering and software development skills through mentored training projects and more traditional lecture based classes.

Jeffrey Spencer, President & CEO of Proposal Tech said, "We are pleased to have Eric join the firm. His work in analyzing and managing software development projects and training engineers in requirements and system engineering has developed and honed the skills that we will use to take Proposal Tech's eRFP solution to the next level."

Eric holds a bachelor degree from Harvey Mudd College.
