FRASER, Colo.-July 11, 2002-Former TellSoft Technologies chief operating officer and co-founder/chief technical officer today announced their purchase of TellSofts assets and intellectual property under the formation of iTalk LLC (www.italk.com). With this purchase, iTalk LLC enables businesses to own and operate award-winning streaming media solutions, such as live web presentations, live web broadcasting and instant voice web publishing as a licensed communications platform or stand-alone software products.

With this purchase, iTalk LLC enables businesses to own and operate award-winning streaming media solutions, such as live web presentations, live web broadcasting and instant voice web publishing as a licensed communications platform or stand-alone software products.

TellSoft Technologies invented phone-to-Internet technology for streaming media applications in 1998, has more than 15 patent applications on its technology and was known as the de facto provider of phone-created and web-delivered streaming media content. The company shut down its operations in December 2001. Through iTalk LLC, its legacy will continue.

The iTalk LE Server supports live web broadcasting of audio events that can also be archived for on-demand replay and the creation and publishing of voice content on any web site. With the release of version 4.0, iTalk LE Server now also provides customers with many new, first-to-market features, such as a global management system for monitoring the status of multiple iTalk LE Servers, streaming API for enabling third-party applications to insert Internet URLs into audio streams for dynamic presentations and recaster pool which eliminates single point-of-failure assuring no impact to the live stream.
