The war between rappers has a new foe:
A mother scorned.
......................................................................................................................WHO?   Carmen Bryan who has a child with popular rapper, Nas, will break her si   -      lence on the controversial comments recently directed toward their daughter.

WHAT?   Ms. Bryan will address the latest casualty in the continuing war between multi-platinum rap superstars Jay-Z and Nas. While live on New Yorks WQHT-HOT 97, Roc-a-fella recording artist, Camron makes reference to using Ms. Bryan and Nas daughter in a lewd sexual act liken to embattled R&B artist, R. Kelly.

WHEN?   The press conference will take place this Friday, July 13, 2002 at 11am sharp. Several members of the press are expected to attend as well as leaders from civic, community and childrens advocacy organizations that have a vested interest in ensuring that the hip hop community take responsibility for its influence among children.

WHERE?   On Strivers Row in Harlem, 263 West 139th Street, between Frederick
      Douglas and Adam Clayton Powell Blvd.

WHY?   What began as a traditional battle between rappers has escalated into gross negligence and irresponsibility on the part of the radio station, artists and record labels that permit this atrocity to defame an innocent child.
