Underhill, who joined MP3.com in 1998, served as Founding Music Director. Underhill earned a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1980 and has written books on MP3 technology and Internet Business for publisher Prentice-Hall. He also holds a degree from Northern Arizona University and serves as an adjunct professor of Internet Law and Music Licensing Law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
