ADVENT CAPITAL PARTNERS ACQUIRES FOUR BUILDINGS FOR REDEVELOPMENT IN HISTORIC OLD TOWN FULLERTON
COMPANY PLANS TO RENOVATE BUILDINGS, BRING HIGH-END RETAILERS AND RESTAURANTS TO THE SIGNATURE PROPERTY TO BE RENAMED "FULLERTON PROMENADE"
FULLERTON -- Advent Capital Partners (ACP), an investor in urban infill and suburban retail, office and multi-family properties announced today that it has acquired four key buildings comprising 45,424 sq. ft. located at the intersection of Harbor Blvd. and Wilshire Ave. in historic Downtown Fullerton, California.
Surrounded by high-density and high-income residential areas, with institutional investment in over 700 new mid-rise luxury apartment homes (in planning or under construction), Downtown Fullerton is experiencing a renaissance further evidenced by a growing number of sidewalk cafes, specialty restaurants and high-end retailers.

Phil Voorhees of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer in the transaction valued at $4,000,000.
