Divorce-Online.co.uk the website that pioneered online divorce in the United kingdom has announced it has launched an online custody and access package to enable consumers to bring their own proceedings in the courts. The service called the Children Act Package will cost 80.00 and will give users pre completed documentation as well as free guidance and advice through out the proceedings. The service is intended for people who want to obtain access to their children or secure their living arrangements but cannot afford to instruct lawyers.
"With the decline in people eligble for Legal Aid and with the number of law firms dropping out of the Legal Aid system, it makes sense for people to have an alternative way of dealing with these matters rather than going it alone. This service gives them the confidence to act in person and to get help and guidance throughout the proceedings where it is needed"
Where it is needed, access to qualified family law Solicitors is available through a telephone help line and by e-mail.
