NCS DataCom, Inc. opens new corporate offices with Datacenter facilities
NCS DataCom moves into of their new corporate offices near Cuyahoga County Airport in Richmond Heights that include upgraded technology facilities, enhancing NCS DataComs global management services that include network monitoring, management and security.
This exciting resource is a significant upgrade in technology and services for their clients. The new NCS DataCom facility is a significantly increases the availability of collocation space. Also upgraded is the Network Operation Center, out of which NCS DataCom operates a regional network supporting both Internet and network services on a local and global basis. An added benefit for their clients is the expanded conference area, which allows NCS DataCom to conduct improved technology training.
Jeff McConocha, President of NCS DataCom says about the new facility, Our customers drive the development of our services. Our new facility increases our capacity to expand, while continuing to delivery the level of service our customers expect." One such customer is Innovative Process Administration, LLC which operates their benefits administration system out of NCS DataComs datacenter.
Creating this new facility using hardened standards, providing uninterruptible power supply using a Datacenter grade natural gas generator with power conditioning , along with data and connectivity services supplied by redundant fiber fed facilities provides the clients of NCS DataCom, Inc. with high speed, highly available network connectivity.
