GENERATION ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE

Phoenix, Arizona -- July 23, 2002 --Generation Entertainment Corporation
(Pinksheets: GNEN), announces several major changes in its Corporate status.

Effective as of July 15, 2002, the Corporation has changed its name to
Marketing-247, Inc., and has changed its symbol to MKTF.

The Corporation also has announced that Holladay Stock Transfer, of
Scottsdale, Arizona will be the Corporation's new transfer agent.

In addition, the Corporation has announced the resignation of Mr. Samuel
Rodenberger as President and Director of the Corporation and the appointment
of Ms. Kathleen OBrien to replace him as both President and Director.

The Corporation has further announced a stock consolidation in the way of a
reverse split of 200 to 1.
