Proven at a 99.3% efficiency level at capturing 1 micron particle sizes, smaller than weaponized anthrax particles, it provides a new line of defense for contaminated mail.

The desktop workstation provides a negative air pressure containment zone in which to open mail. Should any contaminates be suspected, the workstation can be sealed and bagged, isolating potential contamination and then sent out by emergency authorities for analysis and disposal. The low cost and desktop size allows multiple units to be placed throughout a facility to accommodate distributed mail. The unit is portable and disposable, thus further reducing cleanup costs in case of an actual contamination.
