Tell You A Tale brings together, in a very simple way using the Internet, writers and actors, to produce that which no one can resist, a good tale

Tellyouatale.com is a new kind of website. It invites writers, amateur and professional, to submit short stories and verse. Actors, also amateur and professional, are invited to read them. Many writers read some of their own material. Anybody on the net can register on the site, download and listen...and keep.

Tales" can be selected by category (for children, humour, surreal etc), by author or by actor. Several new and highly original series and serials are in production. Tellyouatale.com also has an out of copyright section, including some poetry and drama gems There is a description of every writer and actor, often with links to other websites they are associated with.

Subscribers will quickly find tellyouatale.com addictive. Although they must register online, plenty of material is free. The rest is purchased online using prepaid credit points, purchased by post or online. Typically, a 15 minute short story may cost 50 pence, 75 euro or 75c. All tales listed provide an immediate audio taster and a synopsis. 60% of income from all tales goes back, in equal parts, to the writers and actors.

The website, created by skilled professionals, is elegantly straightforward to use, yet with a powerful database, ensuring fast delivery, online processing and account handling. It has an eye to the rapidly expanding broadband sector.

But enough of this, go and look...and listen.
