The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Under terms of the deal, eFashion purchased Branded Sales eBusiness software, intellectual property and related assets associated with the operation of the online etailing business.

"We would like to inform all past and present customers of Branded Sales Limited that eFashion only acquires the online domain name (www.BrandedSales.com) and this does not constitute a management buyout or the acquisition of Branded Sales Limited's assets and liabilities, if any." Victor Whiteman Managing Director of eFashion's online etailing business said in a statement "eFashion International Holdings is in no way associated or related to Branded Sales Limited"

The acquisition comes as eFashion intends to expand the company's focus on etailing and eBusiness. "The deal gives eFashion a point of entry into online etailing market since the domain name www.BrandedSales.com have gained considerable values over the past 4 years of online operation" Stated Business Manager Charmaine Susan.
